Terms of Service
By requesting an estimate or booking work with Bear Valley Stonework & Landscape, you agree to the following terms.
Site Preparation
Before our crew arrives, please remove personal items, vehicles, outdoor furniture, planters, and any belongings from the work area. Mark sprinkler heads, low-voltage wiring, and other underground items you are aware of so we can protect them.
Access
Please confirm our crew has access to the project area, a clear path for equipment and materials, and a working water source when needed.
Safety
While our crew is working, children, pets, and other individuals should stay clear of the active work area. We use professional equipment that requires a safe perimeter.
Scheduling
Outdoor construction schedules can be affected by weather, ground conditions, and material availability. We will communicate clearly if rescheduling is required.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise scheduled in the project agreement.
Project Disclaimer
Bear Valley Stonework & Landscape is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions including but not limited to undocumented underground utilities, root systems, settled soil, defective drainage, prior masonry, or undisclosed obstructions. We will pause and notify you if we encounter conditions that require a change order.
Insurance
Bear Valley Stonework & Landscape is fully insured. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
